Where is my order?

You can track your order Here.

Your order number will be on your dispatch email, parcels can only be tracked after they've been dispatched.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 9pm. On the rare occasion deliveries are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

United Kingdom

  • Orders take 1-2 days to be processed.
  • Your order will be shipped once processed.
  • Estimated shipping time - Up to 5 working days
  • A shipping charge of £3.99 applies, with free shipping for orders over £120.
  • Some orders may arrive earlier than expected.

    We're doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

EU & Ireland

  • Orders take 1-2 days to be processed.
  • Once processed, your order will be shipped.
  • Estimated shipping time is 5-10 days.
  • Shipping rates, based on parcel weight, are calculated during checkout.
  • All duties & VAT pre-paid - We ensure pre-payment of all duties and VAT to facilitate a smooth, fee-free delivery and prevent customs issues.

All countries that are part of the European Union.

International & Rest Of The World

International Shipping:

  • Orders take 1-2 days to be processed.
  • Upon processing, your order will be shipped.
  • Estimated shipping time is 6-11 days.
  • Shipping rates, determined by parcel weight, are calculated at checkout.
  • All duties pre-paid - We handle duty payments in advance, ensuring a seamless delivery without unexpected fees for our international customers.

(Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Jordan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, United States)

Rest Of The World:

  • Orders take 1-2 days to be processed.
  • Following processing, your order will be shipped.
  • Estimated shipping time is 10-17 days.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at Checkout
  • Customers may be liable to pay duty and tax when receiving their parcels, depending on the rules of the respective countries.

All other countries that are not mentioned above.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Certainly, you can edit or cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with us Here.

I received an incorrect item - what do I do?

To get this fixed for you ASAP please drop us an email at; support@farahcollections.co.uk or head to our 'Contact Us' section.

When you message, please include the following information:

Your name
Order number
Product name of the item ordered
Product name of the item received
Picture of the incorrect item and a description of the incorrect item received


If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' tab please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.

Please do not return the item to us without speaking to our Customer Care team.

I received a faulty item - what do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' tab or email support@farahcollections.co.uk, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information;

Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.

The product name can be found on your order confirmation email.

If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' tab please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
